A venue may not be displayed in the mobile app if one of the following conditions applies:
In the “Mobile Application Visibility” section, located in the “Information” tab of the venue, the “Hidden” option is enabled.

The venue is not associated with any cluster. To appear in the mobile application, a venue must be assigned to at least one cluster.
