The Intercom connector allows venues to receive reservation requests directly through Intercom chat. Once configured, clicking the Book button in the mobile application will open an Intercom conversation with a pre-filled message.
The following roles can configure connectors:
Admin
Communication
Head of Project
Marketing
The option “Venue bookable in the app” must be enabled.
Step 1: Go to the Venues page (1) and select the venue you want to configure (2).

Step 2: Make sure you have enabled the venue to be bookable in application by turning on the toggle (1). In the Intercom section, click Edit configuration (2).

Step 3: In the Intercom connector modal, enter a pre-filled message (1). This message will automatically appear in the chat input field when a user clicks the Book button. Click Save (2) to apply the configuration.

Result in applicationWhen users click the Book button, an Intercom chat modal will open with the pre-filled message (if configured).
