A segment allows you to precisely group and target users based on defined criteria.
Segments are commonly used to tailor communication, such as sending targeted notification campaigns to specific audiences, ensuring messages are relevant and effectively delivered.
Roles with access to segments:
Admin
Head of Project
Marketing
Communication
Membership
Step 1: From the homepage, click CRM (1), then click Segments (2). Here, you can see all the segments and the number of users associated with each segment (4).

Step 2: For technical reasons, segment creation is currently unavailable in the dashboard and can only be handled by our technical team.
