Step 1: From the homepage, click CRM (1). Select the user you want to analyze (2).

Step 2: On the user detail page, click the Analytics tab (1). Then, select the time range you want to analyze (2).

The 3 metrics at the top of the page display:
Number of reservations made by the user (by app, bot, other)
Total amount spent by the user
Average spend per visit

This chart shows how many times the user performed specific actions in the mobile application.
Hover over the chart to see the number of events for a given time period
It helps visualize conversion from booking tunnel opening to completed reservations

This section contains 2 chart. Chart Count (1) shows the distribution of reservations by venue, indicating how many times the user visited each location.

Chart Spend (2) shows the total amount spent per venue.

This section lists all events performed by the user in the mobile application.

Available events include:
