To help membership teams anticipate upcoming subscription renewals, the platform sends an automatic weekly email summarizing memberships that will soon reach their renewal date.
This notification allows teams to prepare customer communication in advance and identify potential issues such as expiring payment methods, upcoming plan changes, or members approaching plan eligibility limits.
Every week, the system automatically sends an email to the membership team listing subscriptions that are approaching their renewal date. The email is divided into two sections to help teams plan their actions in advance:
Renewals in the Next 7 Days (1): This section lists members whose subscriptions will renew within the next 7 days.
Renewals in the Next 45 Days (2): This section lists members whose subscriptions will renew within the next 45 days.

For each subscription, the email displays key information, such as:
Member name (1): The name of the member whose subscription is approaching renewal.
Current membership plan (2): The plan currently associated with the subscription.
Upcoming renewal date (3): The date when the system will attempt to renew the subscription.
Alert (4): Subscriptions associated with age-limited plans will also be flagged if the member is expected to exceed the age limit at the time of renewal. This helps teams anticipate automatic transitions to fallback plans.
